Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of care.
Duties:
- Provide social work and patient care to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior management techniques to support residents
- Uphold resident rights and ensure their well-being
- Assist with lifting and transferring residents when necessary
- Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to the nurse on duty
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
- Experience working with people with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage behaviors and provide compassionate care
- Knowledge of resident rights and best practices in caregiving
- Capability to lift and assist with the mobility of residents
- Familiarity with monitoring vital signs is a plus
