KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Mobile Technologies Manager for our client, a medical transportation company, in the Denver Tech Center! The Manager of Mobile Technologies is responsible for managing our clients' Mobile Technologies team. The Mobile Technologies team deploys solutions in accordance with the defined architecture standards and project needs presented by the business. In addition to this, the team manages the mobile technology life cycle of our clients' Communication Centers and fleet including tier 3 support. You will serve as an advocate and single point of contact for business users and provides technical advice and counsel. Acts as an internal consultant to partner to develop technology plans and solutions that leverage existing or new systems and IT resources, and assists in technology evaluations and business case/budget development. This is a highly hands on managerial role where you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to drive the organization forward. Primary Responsibilities: - Mobile Solution Deployment & Validation - Mobile Device Administration - Governance and Reporting - Mobile Technology Documentation Governance & Life Cycle - Mobile Technology Life Cycle - Partner with Operations to identify, prioritize, engineer, and assure appropriate delivery of IT services to meet business goals. - Understand business needs and develop IT strategies to support business initiatives. - Function as a key project team member in the determination, evaluation, implementation and support of IT initiatives. - Provide Mobile Technology perspective while working with other IT Managers to manage cross operational priorities, requirements and solutions. - Understand the IT organization structure, skill sets, and Policies & Procedures and assure compliance with standards and internal IT processes. - Provide project management and delivery of regional and local IT services. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures. - Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone’s responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems. - Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations, counsel and provide disciplinary actions to assigned personnel, and works to facilitate individual and team development that drives positive results. Champion affirmative action efforts in all aspects of employment, including but not limited to staffing, training, promotion, etc. Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of company/department policies and procedures. - Key Relationships: Part of the critical responsibility of the Manager, Mobile Technologies is to successfully interact with various other individuals including, but not limited to: Project Managers, End users in all areas of the company, Department and Divisional Managers, Senior Management, all IT staff and external vendors and contractors.
5 + years of mobile technology, telephony & infrastructure experience in a high-availability environment.
5 + years management experience with mobile technology, Mobile Device Management (MDM) plafroms and server related resources (local and remote).
5 + years project and resource planning experience with stated examples of successful programs.
Strong mobile technology solution development and deployment experience.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows management via various tools including OS deployment methodologies.
Experience creating and managing to SLA’s as defined by the executive leadership team.
Deep root cause analysis experience.
Experience reporting on performance metrics, both system and service level.
ITIL experience including the full life cycle management (e.g., Incident, CAB)
Android, iOS, Windows 10
Microsoft InTune, MobileIron, SCCM and other related technologies
Microsoft Surface, Android Tablets, iOS Tablets
Knowledge and Skills:
Familiar with a variety of IT field support concepts practices and procedures.
Detailed knowledge of business systems and problem solving.
Applicant is expected to have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and policies within the information services field.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
