Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience managing people.
3 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, Industry Solutions, or Marketing.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Experience delivering sales, product marketing, technical marketing customer engagement or EBC initiatives at scale.
Experience delivering content and programming for enterprise customers at customer experience centers or similar EBCs.
Presentation delivery and meeting facilitation experience.
Experience leading customer engagement programs with C-suite customers.
Understanding of the cloud industry and enterprise customer scale requirements, and and understanding of Google Cloud’s products and solutions.
Effective communication skills (e.g., written, verbal and visual), with the ability to influence others.
About the job
As a Customer Engagement Advisory Manager, you will help lead our enterprise customer engagement center program and play a critical role in managing the team and program that facilitates executive customer meetings in Google Cloud’s Customer Engagement Center (CEC) in Sunnyvale.
You will manage a team of Customer Engagement Advisors who design and deliver operational briefings, workshops, and related content that drive business and technical innovation. You will also triage inbound requests and proactively generate requests for Google Cloud’s customers from the worldwide sales team.
You will be a critical member of a dynamic team responsible for developing and executing Google Cloud’s CEC program that is intended to develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers at every point of the customer journey. As such, the primary objective for our team is to accelerate customer innovation and life cycle progress through substantive program offerings, both high-touch and at scale, in partnership with our sales, marketing, product and engineering teams.
The CEC team collaborates with Cloud executives, sales teams, product management and marketing teams across geographies and manages continuous program innovation and enhancements that allow our team to scale in support of the rapid growth of Google Cloud.

Manage a team of Advisors who provide customers with an enterprise-focused briefing experience. Ensure the team develops and manages the delivery of content on the day of the experience that provides value and meets both the customer’s/sales team’s meeting objectives.
Triage, in partnership with the CEC leadership team, inbound meeting requests from the worldwide sales and partner teams, and connect with sales leadership to ensure accounts are receiving the strategic partnership needed throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the strategy for customized agendas, content, and identify gaps in presenter groups as needed.
Track and deliver data and insights from Customer Experience Center (CEC) sessions to internal stakeholders including sales, product and marketing teams and Google Cloud executives.
