Job Summary

At Ivy, we’re bringing grassroots change to the therapeutic experience by building tools that are specifically designed to serve the mental health community. With our flagship app Ivy Pay, we’re now supporting therapists and their clients across 48 states in the U.S and are looking for mission-oriented humans to be part of our next stage of growth.

As a member of the Outreach team (a.k.a. the Sales team at Ivy), you’ll work closely with sales, marketing and product to drive new customer acquisition. In your role as an Account Executive, you will be a critical part of our growth engine, responsible for provisioning new users with access to Ivy Pay.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • You will be responsible for responding to warm inbound leads, running high-volume customer outreach and pipeline management, and setting up new Ivy Pay customers
  • You will become an expert in interacting and communicating with our customer, and will identify new and creative approaches to connect with more potential Ivy Pay users
  • As an early member of the Outreach team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in executing strategic growth initiatives that will fundamentally shape, scale and build the business

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Has a passion for communicating, ready to take on any customer call and able to think on your feet when navigating tough customer interactions
  • An innate self-starter, naturally driven, thrives in a fast-paced team environment


  • $60-$70k. Equity package commensurate to experience.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
