We are a rapidly growing and expanding locally owned brokerage looking for positive and enthusiastic Health Insurance Agents to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling health insurance policies to customers and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their health insurance coverage.
The Licensed Agent or Broker role with RateQuote Direct will be different from what you may have seen from other Agencies in the Tampa area. Agents who decide to join us will receive a healthy base salary, higher than most if not all of our competitors.
Responsibilities:
- Sell health insurance policies to customers.
- Provide customers with information about their health insurance options.
- Answer questions from customers about their coverage
- Focus on the client’s experience, not just the service you are providing.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid 215 or 240 license.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently.
- A growth mindset, optimistic, grit, and a giver
