A Head for Profits (AHFP) is a company that is “everything draft beer”. AHFP is involved in custom draft beer installations, line cleaning and preventative maintenance, as well as all “behind bar” equipment sales.

We here at A Head for Profits are looking for a sales representative
On the Ground cold calling and generating sales activity in the Charlotte, NC/Greenville, SC and Charleston, SC market and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. This position will also be working closely with the Draft Installers where you must be able to articulate product functionality in regards to Draft Beer Installations. This position must be able to establish and maintain strong and effective relationships throughout the sales cycle and installation processes.
Competent in managing to budget and financial expectations
Working knowledge of Draft Beer systems
Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales position
Strong Closing Skills
Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize the information to position the features and benefits to the customer
Must be mechanically inclined
Be results driven and self-motivated
Achieve the territory revenue and profitability quotas for AHFP products as they are sold into all customer segments. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
Responsible for the territory reports and sales tracking.
Understands and consistently (daily) enters and updates all information in the company CRM
Work closely with the market General Manager and the Draft Installers regarding service related issues and installations in the territory
Develop and / or join a successful networking group comprised of top level sales professionals whose focus is on the hospitality industry
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree (preferred) and one to three years of successful outside territory sales experience, preferably in the hospitality segment.
1 to 3 years in related industries
Strong experiences in Draft Beer Industry preferred
Travel is required as a regular part of this position. Travel will encompass AHFP’s regional footprint and is usually limited to weekdays with some exceptions for trade shows, etc.
Tools and Equipment Used
Personal computer, e-mail, copier, fax, phone, tape measure and other standard office equipment.
Hours may vary and may occasionally require evening and weekend work depending on business needs.
