Are you looking for a temporary part-time position for the upcoming holiday season (late Oct. through February) that doesn't involve holiday shopping and that allows you to work from home following training? (yes, really!)

This is a great position for parents of school-age children who want to work during the school day or students who have some flexibility in their schedule.

International Scholarship and Tuition Services ( is a Nashville, TN based provider of educational assistance program management, working with corporations, foundations, associations and other organizations sponsoring such programs.

We're looking for several customer-focused people to join our Program Support Agent team through our peak season.

What You'll Do

Provide information and answer questions from people who need help with their scholarship, tuition assistance, tuition reimbursement or loan repayment applications.
You'll work from home following two weeks of training in our office.
The training will take place Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm. Your schedule following training may be somewhat more flexible, depending on business needs.
You will respond to inquiries via email, live chat and/or phone to help people gain the information they need on their first contact.
You'll be expected to work between 10-29 hours per week. Weekly hours may fluctuate based on business needs.
Job Requirements

Live in Middle TN in commuting distance to the Nashville airport area (for training purposes)-we are unable to hire anyone for this position outside of this area
You may not be the primary caregiver of a dependent child while working
Work well with others with a calm, professional demeanor
Know that early is on time and on time is late
Have earned a college degree or equivalent experience
Fluent with technology and have a home computer (dual monitors preferred) with high speed internet.
Office-like environment at home for phone calls (a headset will be provided)
Touch typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
Strong technical aptitude and comfort with learning new skills
Proficiency in written and verbal English
Bilingual ability is a plus
