Main purpose of the position:
The Men’s Content Manager will report directly into the VP of Content and will work closely with the Brand Marketing, REVOLVE Man and FWRD Man teams to elevate the visual presence, voice and brand equity of REVOLVE Man and FWRD Man. This role is strategic, creative and executional. In addition to owning the brands’ Instagram channels, this role will contribute to broader storytelling and influencer marketing across a variety of channels - including REVOLVE.com blog, REVOLVE YouTube, REVOLVE TikTok, FWRD.com blog, FWRD YouTube, FWRD TikTok and email – by way of messaging strategy, copywriting, content creation, influencer relations and more.
Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

Work closely with the FWRD Man, REVOLVE Man and Brand Marketing Teams to establish an annual social calendar that includes all Men’s key commerce initiatives, brand initiatives and events

Develop detailed social campaigns for all Men’s marketing initiatives
-
Work closely with the Senior Men’s Director to develop evergreen messaging strategy and tone of voice for Instagram channels and blog
-
Develop creative strategy and execute content creation (photo and video) at editorial shoots, in-house social shoots and events to use across channels

Write compelling, on-brand social copy and blog posts – often under tight deadlines – that serve the specific goals of each initiative, and suit the nuances of each channel

Ensure creative, messaging and brand voice is consistent across channels

Lead creative brainstorms / ideation sessions with larger Content Team to keep creative / content capture fresh and ever-elevating

Manage the day-to-day REVOLVE Man / FWRD Man Instagram posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality, cohesion and performance optimization

Work closely with Influencer Relations team to develop and continuously evolve a program of REVOLVE Man / FWRD Man influencers and brand ambassadors

Work with Brand Marketing cross-functional teams (Influencer Relations, Events, Partnerships) to ensure excellent content and social integration and support for Men’s events and marketing campaigns

Develop / Execute / Iterate audience growth strategies for REVOLVE Man and FWRD Man Instagram channels

Support ongoing content strategy and execution for FWRD YouTube

Work closely with Analytics Team to assess content / strategy performance and provide strategy iterations, monthly

Quarterly competitive research to identify new opportunities

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

5-7 years of social media marketing with a Fashion, Cultural Media or Entertainment brand
-
5+ years of content creation and copywriting
-
Strong knowledge of the influencers and designers aligned with REVOLVE and FWRD
-
Bachelors Degree a plus
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 per year.
