Locally owned, fast-paced public accounting firm is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who is dynamic, organized, efficient and friendly to join our administrative team. Requirements:

· High school diploma or higher, college degree preferred

· Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a business environment, experience in a professional services firm is a plus

· Advanced knowledge with MS Office suite; including Word and Outlook

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Experience with any customer relationship management (CRM) software

· Ability to adapt to new technology

· Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task.

· Positive professional demeanor, reliable and approachable

· Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team

· Available to work seasonal overtime

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Interfacing with clients in person, via phone and email
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Arranging conference rooms and conference calls
  • Draft, format and proofread letters
  • Electronic document maintenance, filing and copying as needed
  • Input and maintain all client activity and specifics in our CRM software
  • Assembly of various firm deliverables to clients
  • Other various projects as needed and providing general administrative support to professional staff, partners and other administrative team members
