JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination and implementation of all corporate and preferred partner contracts. Work with corporate and preferred partner organizations as well as cross-departmentally and parks (UOR/USH) to execute, manage and track all park-specific contractual commitments, marketing programs and events to achieve business and financial objectives.
Work with a multi-disciplined team in the development, tracking and management all corporate and preferred partner compliance for UO and USH partnerships. Service all provisions of agreements. Including:
Maintain high level of partner satisfaction through servicing of contract needs. Daily interaction with outside and internal partners.
Maintain detailed tracking reports for all hospitality benefits.
Manages and executes all purchase orders and invoice submission through Purchase Manager and SNAP systems for the department.
Develops, coordinates and implements content for partner participation marquee events.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Contract Compliance on special projects/assignments.
Provide support to the Partnership team in all areas of daily account management.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required.
Demonstrates ability to work independently in a deadline oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in person and via e-mail.
Demonstrates experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications and processes.
Demonstrates ability to work directly with internal departments towards issue resolution/project release.
Highly organized with a discerning eye and attention to detail.
EDUCATION: Associate’s degree (AA) is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years in consumer or partnership marketing. Entertainment or Tourism industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
