As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the evolution of mission data governance and legal compliance by leading modernization efforts for the client's corporate data compliance and purge team. Your customer will trust you to not only to develop concepts of operations (CONOPS) and mission use cases and specify requirements while also conducting user acceptance testing of new releases on behalf of the mission customer and supporting operations for mission data compliance. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like data provenance and smart data tagging. 20 years of experience with working on contracts for the federal government
Experience with targeting, data flow, corporate purge, mission systems
Experience with software or system testing
Experience with developing CONOPS, capability level and functional requirements, mission scenarios or use cases
Experience with defining and modeling business processes and workflows and identifying mechanisms and approaches for process improvement and/or automation
Experience with using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the SIGINT life cycle
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
BS degree in an engineering or technical field or 24 years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with defining requirements, architecture, or design elements for systems or software that deal with external partner data exchange or sharing
Experience with agency SMART data efforts
Knowledge of general distributed processing methodology and Cloud-based architectures and technology
Knowledge of agency policies and directives as they apply to IT signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection, dataflow, and information sharing with internal and external partners
Knowledge of mission data formats and legal authorities for mission data
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
