Twin Creeks Retirement is a beautiful community in Central Point and we are accepting applications for a Front Desk Manager for our community.

We provide a great team to work with and an excellent benefit package, this is a full time position. The position is a Tuesday through Saturday position, although, our front desk is staffed 24/7/365 and hours may vary to accommodate the needs of our residents so flexibility is a must.

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for all functions concerning the front desk. The front desk is the hub of our building and works very closely with all of our departments. In addition to overseeing the front desk the position will include a number of administrative responsibilities. Some duties include, but are not limited to: Preparing bank deposits, resident billing, completing reports, scheduling and planning events, filing and ordering.

Another important responsibility is being the right hand of our Marketing department. You will gain marketing experience by conducting tours, helping with marketing events and even being the lead marketing representative on Friday and Saturday.

You must be able to pass both a criminal history check and a drug screen, which does screen for marijuana.
