Position Level: Entry Level Management

Salary: DOE plus Commission and Bonuses (Benefits, Paid Holidays, Vacations and Sick pay included)

Attire: Professional

Location: Denver, CO

Hours: Full-Time (8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday)

Available: Immediately

The Primary Goals of the General Manager are to:

  • Maximize profits by leasing new offices, retain existing clients while ensuring they pay market rates, and promoting and selling all services
  • Coach and motivate your team to deliver quality customer service that enables clients to operate effectively and successfully
  • Understand the business in order to make decisions and help achieve company goals
  • Build relationships by marketing within your network to increase lead volume

As the General Manager You Must Possess:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Charismatic, decisive leadership with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate others and build consensus of team members
  • Enjoyment of producing good relationships, creative solutions, and positive results for customers
  • Deep commitment for your work
  • Able to work independently, adapt to changes, thinks outside the box for continuous improvement

Preferred Experience in:

  • Will not consider applicant with less than 3 years sales experience
  • Sales and managing a business
  • Contract negotiating skills including reviewing and understanding lease agreements
  • Financial profit and loss statements
  • Personnel administration
  • Corporate protocol
  • Computer proficiency

As the General Manager You Will be Responsible for:

  • Meet sales targets provided by your Regional Manager on a monthly basis
  • Ability to achieve a high closing ratio on traffic touring your facility
  • Ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of customer service in terms of personnel and office equipment performance
  • Accounts receivable/collections, including the monthly billing/invoicing of clients
  • Managing, training, motivating and disciplining employees
  • Ensure employees are following safety and company policies & procedures
