Theodore Presser Company is seeking a full-time or part-time Scanning Clerk to scan sheet music and other documents. As one of the oldest music publishing companies in the country, representing many prestigious American composers, we are large enough to be a leader in the industry yet small enough for each employee to make a difference. Still growing with a tight-knit team and a pleasant working environment, we are looking for motivated individuals with high energy and positive attitudes. This is a 4 to 6 month temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment and long-term growth opportunities for high performing individuals.

Our regular full-time hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Part-time employment is approximately 15-25 hours a week with a flexible schedule. No prior work experience is required.

We are located near the King of Prussia Mall, minutes from I-76, PA turnpike, 422 and 202 and right by a bus stop.

Responsibilities include:
Prepare all documents for efficient entry into document imaging system
Produce digital copies of documents for retention purposes
Organize scanned documents on network drives as instructed
Upload of documents into databases
Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work
Organize filing cabinets/archives
Maintain record of documents to be purged
Complete other related duties and projects
Requirements

High School Diploma
Good organizational skills
Good attention to detail
Good computer skills
Ability to get along well with others in a team environment
Knowledge of music (for example the ability to read sheet music) highly preferred but not required
