As a Business Sales & Delivery Executive, you will support IBM’s consistent growth by bringing to the table your business development, sales, account management, and delivery skills. Your Role and Responsibilities
As sales executive within our Banking, Risk & Compliance practice you will be a essential part of our go-to-market team helping our client transforming them towards a 'cognitive bank'. New Technologies like Automation, AI, Cloud, etc. allow Banks to radically transform their current business process Operating Model. Jointly with the client you will solution delivery models which drive efficiency but even more increase client satisfaction and allows immediate adoption of new business trends. We expect at least 5 years of experience in banking and consultative based selling with focus on bigger deals.
This role is suitable for all working patterns, whether this be part-time or full-time. IBM does not have a single policy on part-time and flexible working, however where possible, we will work with you to agree on a working schedule to suit you and IBM. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Understanding of the Banking Industry and Processes
BPO background with proven track record in consulting and selling banking projects
Entrepreneur in front of the client
Able to advice/guide clients towards the cognitive bank
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
+5 year experience in selling BPO/consulting projects within the banking,
Insurance or automotive banking industry.
Documented track record in winning deals > 10M
Strong negotiation and contracting skills
Strong relationship network
