The NFL Media Marketing Department is looking for a coordinator to work closely with the Creative Services team. This position will handle daily tasks assigned by the the creative services managers and directors to ensure the department is working efficiently, meeting all deadlines and trafficking assets correctly.   • Manage day-to-day departmental projects, duties and logistics
  • Trafficking digital, video and social assets to various outlets
  • Creating and updating production calendar events
  • Work cross-departmentally within the organization using established processes to ensure campaign implementation
  • Collaborate and communicate frequently with the Product Management team to ensure all assets are requested, fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner
  • Communicate with agencies as needed regarding asset delivery, timelines, creative reviews, and tracking performance
  • Booking and tracking voice-over sessions
  • Coding and tracking invoices for creative department
  • Create and format PowerPoint presentations
  • Quality control various video, digital and graphic assets for broadcast, social and web
  • Scheduling cross-departmental meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, and consistency in work product
  • Ability to multi-task; must manage numerous tasks accurately and simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • College degree in Communications, Journalism or related field is required.
  • 2-3 Years of experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Previous professional experience in TV Production environment, including graphics, is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of all social platforms and best practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products
  • Knowledge of video, graphic and digital asset specifications and terminology a plus
Expected Hours of Work: 40 hours/ week -- 9am-5pm
