**Job Overview:** Hair assistant salon manager, Hair salon, Beauty industry
We are seeking a sales driven Hair Salon Manager to oversee our hair salon operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a passion and experience in the beauty industry, sales and exceptional leadership skills. This $20.00 hourly PLUS bonus structure is meant for the sales person who will be motivated to grow within our salon. This compensation is designed to reward increasing our sales in service and retail.
**Duties:**
- Manage daily hair salon operations, including scheduling, and customer service
- Train, mentor, and motivate salon staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals
- Ensure the salon maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with stylists and beauty professionals to enhance service offerings and customer experience
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in hair salon management or a similar role
-Sales history
- Knowledge of retail, sales management, and store operations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
