About the team:
As the first and last impression of Gloss, the front desk staff carry a special responsibility to ensure every guest has a smooth and pleasant experience from booking through check-out. The front desk team must anticipate, customize, and service guests’ needs, and handle all interactions with the utmost levels of hospitality & professionalism.

In this role, you will:
- Check guests into the salon, ensuring that guest receives the service requested (with the requested technician where possible).
- Check guests out at the end of service, providing a breakdown of the bill as needed, and settling the bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.
- Respond to all guest requests, inquiries, or complaints in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guests will be in-person, phone, and via text message.
- Accurately assess guest needs and wants, then deliver personalized services and recommendations to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Gloss policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a retail / hospitality environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
