Element Wellness and Sports Rehabilitation is a therapist owned, multidisciplinary clinic with physical therapy, chiropractic, and personal training. We are looking for an pelvic floor physical therapist to join our team. The position will begin as part-time (20 hours), with the potential for full-time as caseload grows. Hours of part-time employment are flexible; the goal for a full time schedule will be10:30am-6:00pm Mondays and Wednesdays, and 9:30am-5:00pm Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent manual therapy skills, a strong orthopedic background, and work well in collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting. The target clientele in this position will be both male and female patients experiencing incontinence, pelvic pain, vulvodynia, pudendal neuralgia, pregnancy related symptomatology, and other orthopedic conditions of the lower quadrant. Level I-II Pelvic Floor training through the APTA or Herman and Wallace is preferred. No new graduates please (2+ years experience is ideal). Marketing to the local medical community may be requested, and instruction of community education classes within our facility are an option.

Excellence in customer service is our #1 goal; being well organized, possessing superior communication skills, and being dependable are a must. PT evaluations and treatments are 60 minutes in length, without the use of PT assistants or aides. On an eight hour day, six one-hour patients and one hour paid documentation is provided.
