Admin/ Receptionist Assistant Day to day

  • Meet, greet and direct site visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage administrative requests from the office managers and their teams
  • Files and photocopying
  • Answer phones and relay messages
  • Sort mail
  • Manage the office space, the smell, the look and feel
  • Email mailers

Admin/ Receptionist Assistant Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organization, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision making abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in multiple languages is highly preferred. Detail oriented and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to adapt to different situations and environments.
  • Candidate must be VERY fun and outgoing! We have so much fun at this office.
