Under the direct supervision of the Testing Center Director, the Testing Coordinator oversees the daily operation of the College's Testing Center. Assists with the management of the Beaufort Campus Testing Center and staff in relation to all testing activities to include student services, academic affairs, and continuing education. Coordinates and assists with providing testing services at outreach locations. Performs administrative duties related to the coordination of the Testing Center.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree with one (1) year related work experience – or- an Associate's degree with three (3) years related work experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with higher education experience. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, and general knowledge of various departments and offices of the college. Must have command of basic computer skills and be able to successfully operate software that includes, but is not limited to, DATATEL and Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office. Must be able to work well with others
