Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Systems Engineer at the Senior-level, to provide systems engineering and technical support for Air Force (AF) Remote Ground Segment (RGS) processes, including integration initiatives that address lifecycle requirements for both new and legacy intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and information superiority systems in support of the C2ISR USAF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) program located at Robins AFB, GA. These positions will support the government customer in an Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) role to the Integrated Product Team (IPT), supporting an ever-changing dynamic status of Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR).
These full-time positions afford the successful candidates an opportunity to work in an engaging, high-tech environment to advise and recommend the IPT’s on specific support requirements. Candidates will have the opportunity to interact with customers to determine requirements and evaluate system engineering issues, problems, provide recommendations on necessary modifications.
Review and evaluate system specifications, designs, analyses, test plans/procedures/results, and technical data packages for the determination of both interim and final compliance with design, test and qualification requirements, and safety.
Evaluate, and comment on Request for Proposals (RFPs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Fast Track Change Notices, support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), Test Meetings, Site Visits, etc.
Analyze warfighter requirements and generate Course of Action briefs to Senior Materiel Leaders.
Review drawings to ensure the incorporation of complete, current, and accurate Government drafting specifications and regulations in conformance with requirements, specifications, regulations, and quality control.
Provide technical support and training, for the acquisition, integration, sustainment, continued evolution, deployment/fielding and installation, operations, and field support of communication infrastructure as well as network programs.
Minimum of Secret clearance is required to begin work. Must be upgradeable to Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering.
5 to 10 years of ISR-related experience.
Candidates must be able to brief to top government leadership, have excellent oral and written communication skill sets.
M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering.
10+ years of ISR experience.
Experience with Air Force High-Altitude ISR.
Experience with Relay, Communications, Data Transport, Systems Engineering & Integration, Command & Control ground facilities, Network Security, Encryption, Geographical Intelligence, Photogrammetry, Signal Analysis.
Willingness to travel, up to 10-20% may be required.
