Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Account Manager, you have the unique opportunity to develop strong consultative relationships and deliver strategic guidance to our clients - major nonprofits. You are a performance-driven digital marketing professional with a grasp on how Google products, particularly search, display and YouTube for Performance, can drive value. You evangelize about the power of audience and automation, and can competitively position our offerings. You have experience developing client and agency relationships, and provide exceptional client service, leveraging strong project management capabilities to coordinate campaign implementation across multiple internal and external stakeholders. You are a champion of operational excellence, detail-oriented with the big picture in mind, and actively seek and communicate new opportunities to drive value.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Educate clients about new and untapped products and product capabilities, actively seeking and communicating ways in which Google can further deliver value.
Provide campaign plans, updates and reports to clients with focus on value delivered, learnings and future opportunities.
Collaborate with team members and partners to position our platforms in a compelling way.
Manage ongoing day-to-day client relationships and support in all AdWords-related tools.
Track and report on business figures internally.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in advertising sales, media account management, programmatic, and/or working with advertising agencies.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience communicating/leveraging resources across internal teams to get things done
Hands-on experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for a performance focused organization with an established brand (as an employee of the company or on the agency side)
Experience driving toward a measurable outcome (product sales, memberships, subscriptions, leads); able to justify the value of upper funnel channels (TV, Video and Display) on lower funnel outcomes
History of growing business(es) based on campaign performance
Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels across organizations.
