Reports To: Manager, Global HR Information Technology

Position Summary
The HRIS Specialist will work with the HR Operations team to support the existing global HR systems and execute on HRIS projects.

Global HR Technology Support
Support the day-to-day administration for the HR related systems (SuccessFactors Employee Central (core HR), SF Onboarding, SF Performance Management and SF Compensation).
Support global HR system users as related to data validation, position management administration, process troubleshooting, configuration requests, scheduled activities, integrations, security and permissions.
Manage position and job data in systems to ensure alignment with organizational structure.
Support and coordinate SF Quarterly Release testing and assist with updating configuration documentation including workbooks.
Serve as a global contact for HR technology questions and provide “How To” instructions.
Support maintenance of employee records/data to ensure accurate payroll processing and legal compliance.
Assist with generating reports to audit data and maintain data integrity.
Create complex HR reports to support the HR Business Partner function and advanced queries throughout Affinion as needed.
Assist System Administrator by maintaining system tables, process workflows, and security role definitions as needed.
Partner with the Global HRIT Mgr. and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of all HR related technology.
Participate in all aspects of implementing new HR related technology.
Generate reports upon request for data audits.
Support the annual performance management and compensation processes, including:
Launching, assignment and re-routing of forms
User support
Troubleshooting of issues

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of HRIS experience.
HR System Admin experience preferred.
Experience within a global HR function.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors systems preferred
Applicant Tracking/ Recruiting Management system experience.
Kenexa BrassRing experience a plus.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
Previous exposure to project related activities through active participation in system related projects.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and report writing applications.
Effective organizational / interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
