The American Century Global Marketing Department's Brand Team is seeking to hire an inspiring Creative Director who accepts the past, present and future with equal amounts of energy! You are curious. What you’ll do
As a voracious student of the industry and of the noble history of the brand, you will work closely with the new Head of Brand and external partners to bring the company's wholly outstanding story to life via a refreshed aesthetic and voice! You'll be responsible for encouraging and maintaining the design integrity of all branded materials. You will collaborate on coordinated projects with multiple departments, including Advertising, Editorial, Social, Digital, Events, Channel Marketing and Sales. As a player/mentor, you will conceptualize and craft across multiple media and platforms including digital, video, print, and social, as well as lead and encourage your team members to do the same.
What you’ll need
10+ years of relevant creative experience, with strong graphic design and art direction skills, including a portfolio
5+ years of demonstrated ability in a leadership, client-facing role leading all aspects of creative initiatives
Strong soft skills: infectious energy and a knack for both written and verbal communications
Proficiency in photography, typography, branding, and illustration
What would be nice for you to have
Background on both in-house teams and at advertising agencies
Experience in asset management and/or financial services
Experience with UX/UI and responsive requirements
