Senior Analyst (Dallas, TX - Telecommuting Permissible) (multiple positions). Support all aspects of financing and capital markets processes to execute on Hudson’s U.S. Residential Mortgage strategy. Work with investment banks, underwriters, legal counsel, and other RMBS deal parties to finance mortgage whole loans pools. Manage financing transactions throughout the interim warehouse and deal securitization life cycle. Provide support to asset management initiatives of existing investments including but not limited to industry tracking, asset reporting, financial analysis, developing and executing business plans and other ad hoc strategic projects. Maintain the role in the capital markets and financing of mortgage whole loans within Hudson’s investment management mandate for the Lone Star Funds’ private equity vehicles. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or a related field, and One (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position conducting financial modeling, analysis, and data manipulation for residential mortgage products. Must have one (1) year of experience with each: 1) Maintaining portfolio management by building and overseeing a selection of assets; 2) Producing monthly reports on investment returns, cash flows and securities performances of the portfolio; 3) Assisting in monthly and quarterly reporting processes; 4) Providing quantitative analysis on the key drivers of securities performance and recommend actionable strategies; and 5) Building and maintaining financial models to analyze securities and evaluate their performance under various market conditions.
