We are looking for a senior, high achieving leader who is willing to be a role model for the organization, who is committed to leading by example, to coach, inspire, motivate, and ultimately act as a multiplier driving the team to deliver top performance and tangible impact for our clients and customers.

You will be primarily responsible for leading a team of highly talented and professional managers, team leaders and individuals with the goal of driving customer acquisition across the US Mid-Market segment and reporting to the Regional Managing Director, Mid-Market Americas.

You will be primarily responsible for leading a team of highly talented and professional managers, team leaders and individuals with the goal of driving customer acquisition across the US Mid-Market segment and reporting to the Regional Managing Director, Mid-Market Americas.
What will you be doing?
Drive a high achieving and compassionate culture, while aligning to Criteo’s vision and values of fearlessness, innovation, and doing the right thing
Manage and provide leadership to a team of Managers, Team Leads, Sales Representatives
Coach and inspire your leadership team to manage individual performance development, provide constant support and mentorship, and ensure all team members have the tools to be successful
Hire and build an exceptional team of individuals, and drive them towards professional growth
Identify and develop top talent within the team
Conceive and execute strategic action plans based on business needs and company goals, all while being a key contributor to the Americas and Global Mid-Market teams
Suggest improvements and make recommendations to current strategies and processes, and be proactive and agile on subsequent projects when applicable
Organize and inspire the team focus and spirit in order to hit quarterly revenue targets, as well as monthly KPIs
Be a key contributor to the vision of the global Mid-Market team and pro-actively collaborate with regional counterparts
Represent the face of the company during tradeshows in US (once a quarter)
Develop influential business relationships at the executive level with prospects and customers
Develop relationships and collaborate with the local sales an account strategy teams, as well as operational cross-functional teams
Create and build partnerships with agencies and e-commerce platforms as required
Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to ensure alignment

What do we NEED?
Strong, proven experience in sales leadership across both Mid-Market and enterprise, especially within an inside sales environment; coupled with strategic thinking, highly effective thought leadership, and a forward-thinking, proactive, and innovative mindset
15+ years collectively of experience in advertising technology, e-commerce, and online media sectors
Minimum of 10 years proven sales management/sales leadership experience, having managed multiple layers of leadership and team members, specifically within Mid-Market teams
A proven track record of exceeding targets and expectations consistently
Ability to hire, develop, and promote a highly successful sales and leadership team
Proven track record of leading and coaching sales teams and enabling them to perform at the highest level
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, highly relevant skills and equivalent sales and leadership experience)
