We are a 33,000 sq. ft. indoor cannabis grow looking to fill 2-3 positions in our Cultivation. We have garden and packaging positions available.
What is required of you:
-Must be 21 years of age or older.
-Must possess a cultivation Cannabis Agent Work Card. --See details for obtaining cards through link: https://ccb.nv.gov/industry/#item-2
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Ability to work on your feet for long hours.
-Good communication skills with managers and co-workers. Team oriented.
-High tolerance to plant allergens. (Most allergies are heightened/enhanced by the cannabis pollen!)
-Punctuality is mandatory.
-Sense of urgency and commitment to quality.
-Self-motivated.
-Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Gardeners will learn the multi-facets of the entire grow cycle, and are required to work weekends. Be ready to work hard in grow environments. Not for the faint of heart, but extremely rewarding and the in-house training/cannabis knowledge is better than a college education in this industry! You will learn a ton!
