The Role:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) by managing and leading Project Development from Project definition up to introduction in Mass Production (MP)

In this role you will:
Manage and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) development through the product life cycle process from concept to product delivery - apply project management standards.
Collaborate with Portfolio / Product Design Manager / Engineering to develop project scope and to define project plan.
Establish, Own and monitor product and project Cost, Schedule, and product eXperience (aka C2SX).
Lead and staff a project team - multi-functions and multi-sites (worldwide)
Manage product Build of Material (BOM) and key project / product documentation.
Report and communicate on regular basis; escalate when project goals are at risk. This includes regular reporting of project status to key stakeholders, Business Group (BG) directors through management review meetings and Gate meetings as prescribed by internal development processes
Identify, evaluate and escalate the risks associated with project activities and take appropriate actions to control the risks and to drive solutions.
Synthesize data and information related to scope or risks change.
Collaborate with Manager to improve project organization, efficiency (tools, processes) and time to market.
Ensure that project activities operate within the policies and processes of the organization.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with involvement from initial concept through product delivery of high-volume consumer electronic products.
Excellent knowledge of Project Management Standard & Methodology from project concepts stage to full development - stable manufacturing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational, communication, excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across organizations and geographies and interact, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and sustaining projects.
Independent and Critical thinking with Analytic skills.
Good understanding of working with small functional team in Global Environment.
Ability to travel - Domestic on regular basis and Intercontinental based on project events.
Ability to develop comprehensive project development timeline by using proper tools.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Formal Project Management training and Certification (PMP).

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
