The candidate should be familiar with all Agency guidelines and loan programs (especially FHA).
In addition to FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA, we offer non-QM products, all of which are available through our proprietary loan portal, “MTRAC.”

Essential Functions/Specific Duties:
- Develop accounts and follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze account potential and profitability.
- Develop account closing and growth strategies.
- Plan and prepare presentations on loan programs, services and systems.
- Work closely with Operations team to resolve any issues.
- Recommend additional products/programs/functionality that would assist in the growth and/or profitability of the Wholesale Lending area.
- Work with other partners to assist in account development.
- 2 years of previous wholesale mortgage sales experience.
- Must have mortgage lending knowledge and be familiar with all facets of Wholesale Lending
- Excellent interpersonal and account development skills.
- Exhibits confidence and empathy when dealing with current and potential customers.
- Accurately represents MHL and the Wholesale Department capabilities and strengths.
- Conducts him/herself in a professional manner regardless of the situation.
