As a Furniture Delivery Driver (Manager), you will be part of a motivated and inspiring team that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our home delivery customer experience. With an acute focus on innovation and an unwavering commitment to Quality, this team will deliver world-class service to all our clients.

To start your day, you will enter our highly organized Home Delivery Center, located in the heart of where our clients are located and minutes away from your first delivery. Your new, state-of-the-art delivery vehicle will be waiting—complete with RH branded tools and supplies. Our expert Active Delivery Support Team will provide real-time support and solutions for any client-related requests you may have. You will arrive at the client’s home with our luxurious merchandise, professionally dressed and ready to deliver an unparalleled level of service.

  • Ensure an unmatched, world-class customer experience during each step of the home delivery and product-assembly process

  • Treat all clients’ homes with utmost care, regard and respect
  • Exercise strong safety precautions while maneuvering in client’s homes and while handling all products and merchandise
  • Strategically plan, direct and oversee daily workflow and deliverables
  • Assess, coach, train, mentor and develop direct reports to perform at an optimal level
  • Leverage strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously seek to eradicate operational inefficiencies and performance gaps
  • Provide White Glove Home Delivery service to our clients


  • Furniture Delivery experience preferred but not required
  • Previous Leadership experience highly desired but not required
  • Ability to read maps and control global positioning and navigation systems
  • Ability unify and lead vision for a team to accomplish a common goal
  • Must be able to effectively communicate; strong listening, verbal and written skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with and have ability to use and learn new technology
  • Ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner
  • Possess deep connection to RH brand and continuous focus on developing customer loyalty
  • Must have a current, non-expired driver’s license
  • Must pass background review and drug screen
  • Must pass the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements


  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 100lbs.
  • Ability to withstand prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and/or climbing
