Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Supervisor, Immunoassay Quality Control
This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Immunoassay Quality Control Lab Testing Group. This includes scheduling and prioritizing commercial production testing as well as Design Change QC (DCQC) testing.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Supervisor, Immunoassay Quality Control, you will be responsible for:
You will provide guidance and technical support to personnel
You will direct supervision and management of personnel
You will manage and provide oversight of the QC Testing Lab
You will collaborate with QC Witness, QC Approval and DCQC Group
You will be responsible for creation of job requisitions, interviewing, and hiring
You will provide Quality Notification input/review
You will provide recommendations for document redlines
You will initiate and drive complex and impactful process, environment and/or employee improvements
You will ensure testing execution and testing data is compliant

Experience working in a cGMP biotechnology environment a plus
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bachelor's degree - Life Science discipline with 1-3 relevant work experience
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work individually and in a team setting
