Farm Laborer Job Summary
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
We are looking for a hardworking, experienced Farm Laborer to join our team. Location is Big Lake, MO. This is a year-round, full-time position, but you must be willing to work overtime during planting and harvest season. Our ideal applicant has experience working on a farm in all types of weather and willing to work 6 days a week.
Farm Laborer Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with planting and harvesting
Perform landscaping and weeding tasks
Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
Assist with other general labor tasks as needed
Farm Laborer Requirements and Qualifications
Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
Vehicle is REQUIRED
Experience operating tractors and other farming equipment preferred
Ability to work overtime during planting and harvest season
Physical stamina
Compensation is based on experience.
