POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the planning, monitoring and improvement of the overall clinical services delivered to the individuals residing in CRS homes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and revision of Behavioral Support Plan in accordance with funding regulations
Completion of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA's) on each individual upon admission and as needed throughout course of treatment
Participate as a member of an Interdisciplinary team supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities to assist in formulating the client's Individual Program Plan (IPP)/Behavior Support Plan and attending residential planning meetings for all individuals on caseload
Administer standardized psychological assessments
Prepare annual psychological reports in accordance with Elwyn policy and licensing regulations
Provide development, oversight of data collection and analysis of data
Develop Behavioral Support Plans based on a functional analysis and maintain treatment plans
Use Excel to track data and overall progress of the operational defined target behaviors on Behavioral Support Plans
Create Picture Exchange Communication (PECs) books and alternative communication systems
Train staff in the implementation of the Behavioral Support Plans
Ensure that all Behavioral Support Plans meet regulatory requirements and follow Elwyn protocols including Human Rights Committee Review, and monthly summaries as needed
Interface with the Psychiatry treatment team to enable medication decisions based on behavioral outcomes and attend psychiatry appointments when available.
Ensure that plans are in place to allow the implementation of needed restrictive/protective devices
Provide individual behavioral therapy on an ongoing basis and family therapy as needed
Observe clients in work and day activity settings to collect data as needed.
Attend administrative staff meetings as required
Attend parent/family conferences to provide psychological and behavioral information regarding the individual's progress
Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and crisis intervention techniques using agency-trained protocols
Perform other duties as assigned

CONTACTS: Elwyn personnel; Elwyn clientele; families; individuals with disabilities; funding and regulatory agencies; and, representatives from other community service organizations, medical personnel, consultants and vendors.
Masters' degree in psychology
Three (3) years' experience in the field supporting individuals with an intellectual/developmental disability and/or medically complex diagnosis
Course work in behavior analysis preferred
Familiarity with application of behavioral analytic treatment approaches
Knowledge and ability to administer standardized psychological and behavioral assessments
Ability to analyze and report on behavioral data
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must be able to perform CPR and crisis intervention techniques using agency-trained protocols
Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated basic experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; report-writer experience preferred
Experience using Electronic Health Record is a plus
Must have current, valid driver's license in state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving record
