Tri County Care, a newly formed Care Coordination Organization, (CCO,) provides care management and coordination services tailored specifically to help people with I/DD and their families coordinate all services. Tri-County brings together health care and developmental disability service providers to develop an integrated, comprehensive care plan (known as a “Life Plan”).
We are actively seeking to hire an experienced Training and Education specialist to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible to develop and deliver training on topics and processes related to CCO's and the DD (developmental disabled) population. This involves creating a curriculum including training programs and initiatives and evaluating outcomes to enhance the training program. The specialist must provide comprehensive training to new hires and existing employees on an ongoing basis.
The Training and Education specialist will ensure that each employee within Tri County Care has the skills to excel in their current role and is prepared for future responsibilities.
