Position Overview

Greet candidates and new hires at the Human Resources Entrance.
Direct Human Resources inquiries to appropriate Human Resources staff.
Provide administrative and technical assistance to the department. This includes but is not limited to: scanning, copying, assembling packets and files, maintaining HR printer.
Assist with departmental communications to employees including employee mass mailings and company announcements.
Assist with company events such as Food Days, Christmas Party, etc.
Position Requirements

Must understand people and be able to communicate and answer questions in a professional and friendly manner.
Knowledge of and ability to speak the English language fluently.
Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.
Ability to operate a computer.
Must be able to resolve problem, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow implicit and explicit written and oral instructions.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Requires education as is acquired with high school graduation or equivalent
