We have a fabulous opportunity within our Washington DC hub for a curious, motivated and proven New Business Sales Manager, leading and coaching a team responsible for our continued growth in the North America region.
Your team, primarily of inside sales representatives, will be selling one of the most innovative and disruptive tools in the accountancy and bookkeeping space.
As a SaaS business, the growth in new logos is a key metric. The urgency and scale of acquiring these logos is crucial and therefore a key consideration for the New Business Sales Manager. This role manages the lead conversion, capacity planning and process for the New Partner Team.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing the recruiting, training and exiting of the New Partner Consultant team
Involved in the capacity planning of headcount and roles
Managing the ongoing coaching and developing of the team
Leading on developing and improving our processes
Forecasting and managing the lead to partner conversions
Managing activity level expectations within the team
Involvement in the inbound and outbound lead generation activity
Managing and forecasting the lead pipeline
Liaising with marketing to determine the needs of the business on a quarterly basis
Mitigating churn through implementing best practice within the team
Working closely with the Partner Success team to ensure a seamless client experience through the partner journey

As a person you have
At least 2 years experience and success in a sales leadership role
Highly motivated, ambitious and competitive
Resilient, tenacious and driven
Process driven and numerically confident
Experience in forecasting sales performance
Demonstrable success within a target driven new business environment
Exposure to a fast-paced transactional environment
Strong and proven coaching skills
Software or SaaS experience favourable
