Job Title: Condominium Onsite Sales Manager

Salary: $100,000 annually
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Condominium Onsite Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales activities within our new condominium developments in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process for new condominium developments, including client interactions, negotiations, and closings.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards of professionalism and lead management.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments.
- Liaise with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective promotional campaigns.
- Manage and oversee the sales office, including staffing, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, revenues, and client feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure properties are presented accurately and attractively.
- Train and mentor sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in real estate sales, specifically in the New York City market.
- Proven track record of success in selling new developments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing and sales techniques, as well as familiarity with CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
