General Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of technical support to system users in a Windows based networked environment and manage subsets of various projects. Install, modify and update hardware and software systems. Maintain high standard service level providing consistent, responsive customer service to end-users. Provide help desk support and after hours on-call rotation.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous law firm experience a plus
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Knowledge of local area network concepts and server management
  • Windows 7, 10, Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 Datacenter
  • Office 2013, 2016
  • Experience with Citrix or remote desktop environment
  • Knowledge of VMWare (vSphere, ESXi) 6.5 and SAN Management
  • Strong understanding of system backup procedures

Qualifications:

  • College degree in IT-related field, or 4 or more years of IT-related experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, to include verbal and written communication, phone and email etiquette, and ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
  • Ability to work well under own initiative and complete tasks without direct supervision
  • Desire and ability to learn new technology
