This position will be in our new Chattanooga Corporate Office located on Lee Hwy.
The Facilities Lease Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the LOI and Lease process, negotiation, preparation, review, and redline of LOI’s and Leases. This position will work within the facilities department and will report to Facilities Director. This position will work with facilities to ensure the following; distribute and manage internal paperwork process; ensure internal paperwork for approval is complete and accurate; Update internal database with status; work with Facilities, Broker, and Legal department as needed for communication and process of project status; communicate regularly with field and broker on each project; maintain up to date records of project status and documents; review LOI for accuracy and information requested by the field; report to executive team on status of projects weekly along with the Facilities Director. Additional job functions will include obtaining accurate as-built documentation and utility information from the broker / landlord for internal drawing preparation. Knowledge or experience with lease tracking software is a plus. This position is also responsible for supporting the mission, vision and values of BenchMark Rehab Partners.
Associate’s degree in business, law / paralegal, or a related field and 2 to 3 years’ experience in leasing or lease negotiation. Construction background / experience is a plus.
The candidate will be a self-starter and exhibit superior professional judgment, analytical and communication skills as well as a high attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to successfully multi-task and prioritize.
Being deadline driven with a sense of urgency is also a key qualification.
Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft programs.
Project management software experience a plus
The successful candidate will be highly organized and astute, able to pay close attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with our dynamic management team, co-workers, vendors and customers.
This position will work in a business office environment with frequent computer use and phone use.

Send out internal review paperwork and update database of project status
Disseminate paperwork once complete and create files / folders as needed.
Work with company broker to update on project status and facilitate communication to correct field staff as needed.
Obtain accurate site information and convey needs to design team in-house.
Work with legal as needed to verify LOI and lease term information
Maintain internal documentation and abstract Lease data into lease software as needed
Report project status accurately and at-will for up to 30 projects at a time. This includes weekly status updates with the executive team.
Maintaining lease records and renewal / notice periods.
Coordinating with facilities for lease status and projects
Any other duties as assigned
