The Challenge:

We’re looking for an individual who thrives in data crunching, analyzing, building forecasts and projection models (yes, you have to love to live inspreadsheets!) and who will apply their analytical skills to support our vast portfolio of programs under the supervision of a Program Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform portfolio-wide financial (cost/budget/funding) data entry, monitoring, analyzing, auditing, reporting, this includes detailed EAC/ETC preparation and monitoring, delivery order pricing, contract P&L forecasting, labor forecasting, project setup and close-out, timesheet and invoice auditing
  • Develop and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and other program deliverables
  • Perform quality assurance activities of all contractual and program-related deliverables, internal databases and files
  • Perform key tasks, such as knowledge management, maintain appropriate databases, conduct process improvement, and other activities to enhance efficiency and productivity across the portfolio – we love new ideas on how to manage, automate, and increase visibility across all of this data flow
  • Review and monitor program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays, recommend risk mitigating activities and implement as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy of all program data
  • Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally

You Have:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

· Minimum 3 years’ experience with financial analysis and auditing

· Knowledge of project management principles

· Extreme attention to detail andability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Possess high emotional intelligence and trustworthy behavior

· Ability to take full ownership of the position and manage/prioritize the workload independently

· Professional demeanor, excellent organization skills, exceptional record keeping skills

· Highly proficient in MS Office Excel and a passion for numbers crunching

· Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with peers

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and ensure follow-through

  • US Citizenship is required

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with DoD program acquisition
  • Experience with Microsoft Access or other database tools
