Position Overview:
From talent acquisition to talent management and everything in between, the Human Resources Leadership Development Program can help get your career started on the right track. The purpose of this program is to develop human resources professionals by providing them HR Generalist experience and the knowledge required to be a successful leader in a fast-paced global organization. Take advantage of this great opportunity to build your HR career!
During this two-year rotational program, you will gain valuable experience working in our manufacturing facilities as an HR generalist supporting key client groups. This experience will enable you to gain HR knowledge, business acumen, and empower you to make a strategic impact.

Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to interact with senior HR and business leaders across multiple businesses and extend your network through various development and training opportunities.

The assignments will provide HRLDP participants with:
Exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational design/change, labor relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, or HR Analytics.
Interact with and influence senior HR and business leaders.
Development opportunities through structured learning events with current program participants and alumni
Close-knit network of HRLDP peers & alumni
Upcon successful completion of the program, you will be prepared to take on a leadership role within Eaton, including: Lead HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, HR Manager, and other HR leadership roles as identified by the business needs.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements):
Currently possess or will have obtained a Master or MBA degree with a focus in Human Resources and/or a related discipline from an accredited institution no later than August 2019
Minimum of 1 prior internship or work experience in a Human Resources function
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship
Geographical flexibility to relocate within the United States for the duration of the Development Program

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant HR work experience and/or HR Internship experience
Leadership aptitude and desire to build a career in human resources in manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
This role may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region as determined by the assignment manager
