Moschino is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for their boutique in Soho. Moschino is an iconic Italian Luxury fashion house renowned for its bold and playful designs. The company was founded by Franco Moschino in 1983 in Milan. 2024 marks the appointment of of a new Creative Director, Adrian Appiolaza, to helm the artistic vision of the House. The brand offers women's ready-to-wear, menswear, accessories and fragrance.
Role and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is eager to grow and cultivate client relationships and works collaboratively with a growing team to meet and exceed targeted sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent client relationships with consistent follow up.
- Meet and exceed store sales goals and KPI's.
- Provide an excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of professionalism within the boutique environment.
- Lead and manage all steps of the sale ceremony professionally and according to the brand's policy.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 1-3 years in fashion, styling or retail sales experience.
- Ability to build and maintain a client book.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product.
- Must bring a positive and engaging energy to the workplace.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Moschino offers salary plus commission and a full benefits package.
