Your Role

What You’ll Do:
Overall accountability for delivery of recruitment services in Cary, North Carolina
Partner with the onsite Recruiting (RPO) and Temporary Workforce (MSP) vendors to ensure optimum delivery of recruitment, meeting business needs and compliant with DB standards
Manage business stakeholder groups, alongside vendors, to help ensure seamless delivery of best in class recruitment services and satisfaction of end user clients
Manage the Community Engagement strategy for Cary in support of the Bank’s overall Diversity and Inclusion efforts
Works within a regional TA team managing, developing and implementing local, regional and global talent strategies and projects
Responsible for governance of recruiting practices across local team; adherence to DB policies and procedures, regulations and legislation

Skills You’ll Need:
Onsite professional recruitment or HR experience

Skills That Will Help You Excel:
Experience managing senior client relationships
Experience working in a global capacity/environment
Knowledge of recruiting tools and strategies
Knowledge of the RTP market in North Carolina and/or technology recruitment preferred
Diversity and Inclusion experience, market and community engagement experience beneficial
