SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for handling incoming phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner while also maintaining other tasks in the office.
- Collecting payments and answering any questions the customers might have in a timely and efficient manner.
- Organizing and filing paperwork as it is given.
- Maintaining spreadsheets with information received daily.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
- Excellent phone communication
- Strong time management and attention to detail skills
- Extremely organized
- Must be able to multi-task
- General knowledge of Microsoft programs
