SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for handling incoming phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner while also maintaining other tasks in the office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collecting payments and answering any questions the customers might have in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organizing and filing paperwork as it is given.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets with information received daily.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent phone communication
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Punctual
  • General knowledge of Microsoft programs
