Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Learn and follow safety protocols and industry standards on job sites.
- Help with troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues.
- Carry and organize tools, equipment, and materials for job sites.
- Communicate effectively with the team and customers.
- Attend training and complete assigned tasks to progress toward licensure.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Interest in plumbing as a long-term career.
- Eager to learn and work hands-on.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
