FF&E Specialist - (180003D4)
The FF&E Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the FF&E scope with construction including but not limited to tracking the procurement, coordinating with warehouse and installation of new FF&E merchandise and close-out process.
Perform FF&E quantity take-off/confirmation between floor plans and room matrices
Project set-up of PlanGrid for installation/punch process.
Engage with FF&E Director on finalizing scopes of work for FF&E request for proposals.
Engage and collaborate with all on-property FF&E team: installation team, window treatment installer, etc
Participate in weekly FF&E calls with Purchasing Agents.
Participate in OAC meetings and follow-up on items affecting FF&E.
Alert FF&E Director on critical late deliveries.
Engage with Project Engineer on punch-list issues. Resolves all open (damaged/missing) items.
Act as liaison for all after project close-out one-year warranty requests/issues from property.
Assist property in identifying the issue, obtain vendor information, facilitate the remediation with vendor and report back to property.
Qualifications and Personal Skills:
A successful candidate would possess the following qualifications:
Preferably have an interior design degree, experience in the construction industry or experience in an FF&E procurement department/company.
Self-motivated and a pro-active nature. Must be adaptable to changing priorities
Must have excellent communication: written and verbal
Must work effectively both independently and in team based environment
