Absorption Pharmaceuticals, a pioneering American brand in the sexual wellness segment, is renowned for its market-leading delay spray. Amidst rapid changes and significant growth, we are on the lookout for an Operations Manager to assist with key facets of our expansion and operational excellence.
We are a fast-paced organization looking for someone who enjoys high levels of autonomy and accountability, is motivated, self-managing, and an out-of-the-box thinker who is capable of multitasking and contributing to the success of our brand in a start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process improvement: Analyzing and improving operational processes to identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Quality assurance: Managing quality assurance programs and ensuring quality control.
- Resource management: Optimizing resource utilization and eliminating waste
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely management of accounts payable/receivable.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks.
- Additional responsibilities as business needs dictate.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience with ShipStation, SPS Commerce and GPG is a plus but not required.
- Have a general understanding of OTC Drug, Medical Device, and/or cosmetic Quality standards.
- Be able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a reasonable timeframe.
- Be able to respond quickly, effectively, and appropriately to a business environment that constantly evolves.
- Be a thought leader who can operate independently without supervision as well as work in a team environment.
- Have strong written and verbal language skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Google G-suite.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
