Overview
We are seeking a skilled Appraisal Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees all ordered and completed appraisals for Direct to Consumer, Retail, and TPO channels and ensures all compliance aspects have been met
- In charge of supporting the Corporate Appraisal Department's daily activities
- Create/maintain reports to track appraisal assignments from order date through final completion
- Manage and prioritize a region of appraisal orders
- Assist customers with activities related to ordering and managing conditions for appraisals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Mortgage experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment

- Pay: $18.00-$23.00
