Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, provides client service to both internal and external clients. Performs confidential operational and administrative assignments to support the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s strategy to attract world class, diverse talent and drive organizational improvement by identifying, hiring and retaining a highly skilled workforce. Supports Talent Acquisition team by creating job advertisements and sourcing/screening candidates. Provides process analysis and project support for the Talent Acquisition Unit. Serves as primary contact in the Talent Acquisition Unit for users of the Bank's applicant tracking system software.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides analytical, tactical, and project support for the Recruiting Unit. Coordinates logistics of college/intern programs, diversity recruiting efforts, attendance at job fairs, etc.
Actively participate as a representative of FRB Atlanta at various recruiting conferences, career fairs and special recruiting events.
Supports recruiters by researching and creating job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates through database searches, and direct sourcing and networking.
With little or no instructions, coordinates pre-hire and pre-employment processes such as reference checking, criminal background checks, fingerprinting, employment and degree verification of candidates (involves access to and maintenance of confidential personal information). Ensures new hire files are prepared, disseminated to other areas of Human Resources and confidentially maintained.
Enters new hire data into the Human Resources Information Systems database and is accountable for data integrity for all new hires, rehires, transfers and internal moves. This includes but is not limited to compliance data, applicant tracking systems data, relocation services, PeopleSoft data, etc.
Coordinate the rehire/retiree process in accordance with current policies. This includes all correspondence and approvals with stakeholders and verification from the plan administrators and the OEB.
Demonstrates leadership ability with a focus on promoting collaborative work environments through highly effective facilitation. Draws on experience to resolve progressively complex issues. Demonstrates flexibility to make adjustments as needed. Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguous information and/or assignments that require individual research and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Leads in the audit and compliance of all hiring activities. Troubleshoots for areas of risk to compliance and looks for process improvements.
Coordinates the on-boarding of new employees, which includes leading first day enrollment, I-9 legal compliance/documentation and orientation.
Leads and/or supports recruiting projects on an ad hoc basis.
Possesses strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills in order to work with other HR staff to ensure ongoing compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA, ERISA and EEO regulations.
Interacts with candidates and hiring managers at all levels, for the purposes of scheduling interviews, on-site greeting and escorting, scheduling and escorting for fingerprinting, sending and collecting pre-hire materials, making candidate travel arrangements and conducting on-site testing and assessments across all Branches and other Districts within the system.
Provides client service to internal and external clients at all levels, including executives. Uses knowledge of Human Resources and Recruiting to respond to client inquiries and provide problem resolution.
Leads the research and influence in solutions to procedural issues and outlines recommendations for revisions and/or improvements.
Advises employees and management on recruitment program requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Experience: Five to Eight years preferred
